海洋石油组块的陆地称重是组块完工后的一项重要工作,称重所得的组块重量和重心数据为后续海上安装提供重要支持,选择滑靴并对其结构可靠性进行校核又是称重的重中之重。本文以PY34-1MEG组块的称重为例,基于ANSYS有限元的分析方法,对滑靴结构进行应力应变计算,根据满足要求的计算结果选用布置千斤顶,该方法对现场施工有重大的指导作用,而且为其他大型结构物的称重提供了借鉴。
The terrestrial weighing of offshore oil blocks is an important task after the completion of blocks. Weighing the obtained block weights and center of gravity data provides important support for subsequent offshore installation. Selecting sliding shoes and checking its structural reliability Is the most important weight. In this paper, taking the weighing of PY34-1MEG as an example, based on ANSYS finite element analysis method, the stress and strain of sliding shoe structure are calculated. According to the calculation results that meet the requirements, jacking is selected. This method has a significant guiding role in on-site construction , But also provide a reference for the weighing of other large structures.
