气质与人的活动密切相关,不同气质类型的学生在体育教学中表现出的差异很大。同一种教学方法在不同气质特点的学生身上实际收效是不一样的,这就要求教学方法具有针对性。同时,气质具有可塑性,教师要帮助学生克服不同气质类型的消极面。本课题采用文献资料、专家访谈、气质类型测验、问卷调查与逻辑分析等方法。研究表明湖南省高校体育专业女生其气质类型以综合型和多粘混合型为主。与此同时,本研究对不同的气质类型的学生的教学提出了相应的优化教学的建议。
Temperament and human activities are closely related to different temperament types of students in physical education showed a great difference. The same method of teaching students in different temperament characteristics of the actual effect is not the same, which requires teaching methods are targeted. At the same time, temperament is plasticity, teachers should help students overcome the negative aspects of different temperament types. The subject of literature, expert interviews, temperament type test, questionnaire and logical analysis methods. The research shows that the temperament types of female students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Hunan Province are mainly mixed type and multi-stick type. At the same time, this study put forward some suggestions for optimizing the teaching of students with different temperament types.
