对静态质量法水流量标准装置提出电子秤并联使用的设想,通过理论分析和实验验证,两台电子秤并联使用时换向器的不确定度介于两个换向器单独使用的不确定度之间;两台电子秤并联使用和一台电子秤单独使用对同一流量计同一流量点的仪表系数进行测量,偏差小于相应准确度等级的重复性。理论分析和实验结果表明,静态质量法水流量标准装置的电子秤并联使用可以增加装置的检定流量,且不改变装置的不确定度。
