针对我国砂岩油藏开采过程中出砂严重的问题，提出了改性呋喃树脂在对固砂防砂井实施先压裂、再充填陶粒砂工艺的应用方法。通过优选得出固砂剂配方及用量，经过试验，其固结物抗压强度均在１３ＭＰａ以上，渗透率均在６０～７０μｍ２之间。为拓宽改性呋喃树脂在油田开采中的应用起到了指导作用。并且该固砂剂在青海油田取得了很好的现场应用效果。
In view of the serious problem of sand production in the process of sandstone reservoir exploitation in our country, the application of the modified furan resin in the process of pre-fracturing and reinserting ceramsite sand for the sand control sand was proposed. The optimal formula and dosage of the sand-fixing agent are obtained. After the test, the compressive strength of the consolidated products is above 13MPa, and the permeability is between 60 and 70μm2. It has played a guiding role in widening the application of modified furan resin in oil field exploitation. And the sand-fixing agent in the Qinghai Oil Field has made good field application effect.
