目的:以马尿泡、山莨菪、天仙子的野生种子为材料,建立这三种茄科植物种子无菌苗繁殖体系,为开展生物实验研究及其野生种质资源的保存提供了技术参考。方法:将野生种子经过不同因子(预处理赤霉素浓度、消毒试剂、消毒时间、培养温度)的组合处理后点播在MS培养基上,以种子发芽率、污染率和成苗率为观测指标,探讨不同因子对建立3种植物种子无菌苗繁殖体系的影响。结果:将野生种子用400 ppm赤霉素预处理24 h后,75%酒精消毒1 min,50%Na Cl O消毒20 min,22℃暗培养待种子发芽后转入光照培养箱培养,能够有效地获得马尿泡、山莨菪、天仙子的种子无菌苗。结论:初步建立马尿泡、山莨菪、天仙子种子无菌苗繁殖体系。
OBJECTIVE: To establish aseptic seedling propagation system of three kinds of Solanaceae seeds with the wild seeds of horse urine bubble, Anisodus, angel, and provide the technical reference for carrying out the biological experiment and preserving the wild germplasm resources. Methods: The wild seeds were sown on MS medium after treatment with different factors (pretreatment gibberellin concentration, disinfectant, disinfection time and culture temperature) on the MS medium. The seed germination rate, the pollution rate and the seedling formation rate were observed , To explore the different factors on the establishment of three kinds of plant seedless seedling propagation system. Results: After pretreating wild seeds with 400 ppm gibberellin for 24 h, 75% alcohol was disinfected for 1 min and 50% NaCl was sterilized for 20 min. The seeds were germinated at 22 ℃ and then cultured in light incubator to be effective Access to horse urine bubble, Anisodus, fairy seed sterile seedlings. Conclusion: The establishment of aseptic seedling breeding system of horse urine bubble, Anisodus scoparium, angel seed.
