金刚石氮空位(nitrogen vacancy,NV)中心的天然能级系统可以在激光泵浦和微波辐射下进行初始化、量子操控和光学读取。实验中需外加特定激光泵浦和微波辐射来实现对NV色心自旋态的操控,并通过荧光数布居变化来表征自旋态。本文基于LabVIEW软件,设计开发了集群NV色心自旋态调控与读出软件系统。结果显示,本系统可以实现对激光和微波脉冲序列的精确编码,编码精度可达3ns,并初步得到了室温下集群NV色心的电子自旋共振谱线,为下一步集群NV色心自旋态调控研究的自动化、集成化奠定了基础。
The natural energy level system of the diamond nitrogen vacancy (NV) center can be initialized, quantum controlled and optically read under laser pumping and microwave irradiation. Experiments need to add a specific laser pumping and microwave radiation to achieve NV color center spin state manipulation, and through the fluorescence number changes in the home to characterize the spin state. Based on LabVIEW software, this paper designs and develops a cluster NV chrominance spin-state control and readout software system. The results show that the system can accurately encode laser and microwave pulse sequences with the coding precision of 3ns and the electron spin resonance spectra of cluster NV centers at room temperature are obtained preliminarily. State regulation of automation, integration laid the foundation.
