目的:对我院门诊退药情况进行分析,针对退药原因研究相应对策,以减少退药,提高医疗服务质量。方法:对我院门诊药房2013年10月1日-2014年4月30日的患者退药情况进行汇总分析。结果:门诊药房退药处方为343张,占总处方数的0.55%,退药的原因主要有药物不良反应或输液反应,医生开药过多或重复开药,患者要求退药等。结论:要提高服务质量,增强医患沟通,提高管理水平,以减少退药。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the situation of outpatient retreat in our hospital and to study the corresponding countermeasures for the reason of retreating, in order to reduce withdrawal and improve the quality of medical service. Methods: A summary analysis of the withdrawal of patients in our outpatient pharmacy from October 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014 was conducted. Results: Outpatient pharmacy prescriptions for withdrawal of 343, accounting for 0.55% of the total number of prescriptions, the main reasons for the withdrawal of adverse drug reactions or infusion reaction, the doctor prescribe too much or repeated drug prescribing, patients require withdrawal and so on. Conclusion: To improve service quality, enhance communication between doctors and patients, and improve management level so as to reduce withdrawal of drugs.
