黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎(Xanthogranu—lomatous Pyelonephritis,XGP)是一种特殊类型的慢性肾盂肾炎,此病较为少见。自1978年国外文献报告以后,国内外报告逐渐增多,并对此病的细菌学、病理变化等进行了较深入的研究。我院自1979～1990年间经手术和病理证实4例黄色肉芽肿性肾炎。兹将其症状表现、术中外观及诊断情况等报告于下。
Xanthogranu-lomatous Pyelonephritis (XGP) is a special type of chronic pyelonephritis that is rare. Since the foreign literature report in 1978, the reports at home and abroad have gradually increased, and the bacteriology and pathological changes of the disease have been studied in more depth. Our hospital from 1979 to 1990 by surgery and pathology confirmed 4 cases of yellow granulomatous nephritis. It will be its symptoms, intraoperative appearance and diagnosis of the report below.
