在阴囊的恶性肿瘤中,平滑肌肉瘤极为少见。我院收治1例,现报告如下, 患者,66岁,因发现左侧阴囊肿物4年入院。4年前由于左侧阴囊根部瘙痒而触及该处有一绿豆大小肿物,无红肿热痛,未经任何治疗。近半年来,肿物生长迅速,伴有该处针刺样疼痛,每日发作2～3次,每次持续10分钟左右。体检:左侧阴囊较对侧稍大,其根部可触及一3.0cm×3.0cm大
In scrotal malignancy, leiomyosarcoma is extremely rare.
