基于某微型客车车身的CATIA模型,运用前处理软件HyperM esh建立了车身结构的有限元模型;针对6个不同工况下的载荷边界条件,通过ADAMS/Car确定其载荷输入,采用惯性释放原理,对整车车身进行了较为全面的强度分析;计算了车身结构中薄弱件的安全系数,为验证和改进车身结构的设计提供了准确可靠的理论依据。
Based on the CATIA model of a minibus body, the finite element model of the body structure was established by using the preprocessing software HyperMesh. According to the load boundary conditions of 6 different working conditions, the load input was determined by ADAMS / Car, and the inertial release principle was adopted. The strength analysis of the vehicle body is carried out. The safety factor of the weak parts in the vehicle body structure is calculated, which provides an accurate and reliable theoretical basis for the verification and improvement of the body structure design.
