本文对我国火电厂常用的20、10CrMo910和12CrlMoV三种材料31种规格共316只大口径弯头中顿弯制所产生的回弹进行了系统分析。认为钢管规格t/D和反映弯曲变形程度的R/D对回弹起主要作用,钢管材料、加热温度范围对回弹有一定影响。该结论对指导有效地控制中频弯管的回弹有良好作用。
This paper systematically analyzes the rebound caused by the bending of 316 large-diameter elbows in 31 kinds of specifications of 20, 10CrMo910 and 12CrlMoV commonly used in China’s thermal power plants. It is considered that the steel pipe specification t / D and the R / D reflecting the degree of bending deformation play a major role in the rebound. The steel pipe material and the heating temperature range have a certain impact on the rebound. This conclusion has a good effect on guiding the effective control of the rebound of the middle frequency elbow.
