在毛细管电泳仪上对12种β-受体阻滞剂和类似物的光学对映体进行了分离,研究了它们的拆分条件。使用 0.1mol/L, pH 3.0的磷酸-三乙醇胺缓冲液,20kV电压, 12~36mmol/L羟丙基-β-环糊精作为手性识别试剂。其中 11种β-受体阻滞剂及其类似物以及苯乙醇胺、胺酵素在 50 cm普通毛细管上获得了较好的手性分离效果,普罗勒沙的对映体在本条件下未获分离。同时发现,芳香环上取代基位置对迁移时间的影响有一定规律。
Optical enantiomers of 12 β-blockers and analogs were separated on a capillary electrophoresis apparatus and their resolution conditions were investigated. Phosphoric acid-triethanolamine buffer of 0.1 mol / L, pH 3.0, voltage of 20 kV and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin of 12 to 36 mmol / L were used as chiral recognition reagents. Among them, 11 kinds of β-blockers and their analogues, as well as phenylethanolamine and amylase, obtained good chiral separation effect on 50 cm ordinary capillary tube. The enantiomers of prophase were not separated under this condition . At the same time, it is found that the influence of the substituent position on the aromatic ring on the migration time has a certain rule.
