近年来,随着特高压工程的全面推广和建设,冀北电力有限公司原有电力工程铁塔物资供应管理模式越来越不适应特高压工程的管理节奏。文章以锡盟—山东1000k V特高压输电工程(锡山特高压输电工程)铁塔物资供应管理为例,从物资合同前端管理、物资供应计划管理、“两个现场”信息沟通等环节阐述了为切实提高铁塔物资供应管理工作效率所采取的管理新模式及工作成效。
