采用共沉淀法制备了Al2O3-ZrO2复合粉末,通过TG/DTA、XRD等分析手段研究了粉末的特性,研究结果表明,ZrO2含量越高,ZrO2结晶越快,结晶的温度越低。Al2O3与ZrO2两相物质结晶生长,从而ZrO2抑制了相变。
The Al2O3-ZrO2 composite powders were prepared by co-precipitation method. The properties of the powders were investigated by TG / DTA and XRD. The results show that the higher the content of ZrO2, the faster the crystallization of ZrO2 and the lower the crystallization temperature. Al2O3 and ZrO2 two-phase material crystal growth, which inhibited ZrO2 phase transition.
