本文认为,由于人力资源需求具有不确定性且不可能克服,内外劳动力市场又并不充分有效,所以企业人力资源供求平衡不可能实现,企业中不可避免地会出现一个技术无法跨越的人力资源供求鸿沟。企业人力资源管理在努力将其控制在一个合理范围之内的同时,应采取有效措施尽可能填平这一鸿沟。为此,文章阐述了企业在人力资源管理方面可以采取的四个方面的策略。
This paper argues that due to the uncertainty and impossible to overcome the human resource demand, the internal and external labor market is not fully effective, so the balance of supply and demand of human resources in the enterprise can not be realized. There will inevitably be a supply and demand of human resources that can not be crossed by technology Divide. While trying to keep it within a reasonable scope, enterprise human resources management should take effective measures to fill the gap as much as possible.
