用硅烷偶联剂KH550对聚乙烯表面进行预处理后制备环氧涂层,并与其他常规处理方法(砂纸打磨、喷砂、火焰极化)处理过的PE表面与环氧涂层的粘接性能进行比较。结果表明:经过KH550处理后的PE粘结强度比打磨、喷砂、火焰极化处理分别提高了80%、66%和43%;KH550质量分数在5%~10%,水解时间为48h的粘结效果最佳;经过60℃热水浸泡20d后,用硅烷偶联剂KH550处理过的聚乙烯与环氧的粘结强度仍然保持在5MPa,且破坏状态为环氧内聚,耐水性优于传统的处理方式。
