近几年,“双师型”教师发展问题一直是高校人才培养的核心问题。目前我国的高等职业教育发展已经完善,对其关注度已从规模扩张方面转向教育质量的提高和结构的优化。“双师型”教师的发展不仅关乎我国高等职业教育的质量,而且也是教师个人专业和素质发展的需要。本文从教师专业发展的方面入手,提出了促进高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的策略和建议。
In recent years, the development of “double-qualified teachers” has always been the core issue of personnel training in colleges and universities. At present, the development of higher vocational education in our country has been perfected. The focus of attention has shifted from the scale expansion to the improvement of education quality and structure optimization. The development of “double teacher” teachers is not only related to the quality of higher vocational education in our country, but also the need of teachers’ personal specialty and quality development. This article starts from the aspects of teachers’ professional development and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to promote the construction of “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges.
