本文初步探讨了珠江河口的表层沉淀物和悬浮颗粒物中的粘土分布及其作用机理。 用沉降离心法分离出沉积物中粒度<0.2μ的粘土,X—射线衍射相分析法测定沉淀物和悬浮体颗粒中粘土组分。结果表明沉积物中粘土向海变化趋势:高岭石含量下降,伊利石和绿泥石含量增高。且同世界上其他大河河口海区沉积物中粘土矿分布的向海变化趋势相似。 本文初步探讨了珠江河口粘土矿分布的向海变化作用机理,认为主要是由粘土物的差异凝聚引起的。
In this paper, the distribution and mechanism of clay in surface sediments and suspended particles in the Pearl River Estuary were discussed. Clay with a particle size of <0.2 μ in the sediment is separated by sedimentation centrifugation and the clay component in the sediment and suspension particles is determined by X-ray diffraction phase analysis. The results show that the clay in the sediment changes to the sea: kaolinite content decreased, illite and chlorite content increased. Which is similar to the trend of the distribution of clay minerals in the sediments of other major estuaries in the world. In this paper, the mechanism of the change of the distribution of clay minerals in the Pearl River estuary to the sea is discussed preliminarily, which is mainly caused by the different cohesion of clay materials.
