在地铁隧道建设中,盾构施工日益普及,对盾构机姿态的精确定位是确保地铁贯通的必要条件。本文在分析与比较当前盾构机姿态确定主要方法与手段的基础上,结合三点法原理与建模理论,融合点面模型构建思想,提出了一种改进的三点法姿态确定方法,给出了该方法的数学模型,并用C#汇编语言实现了盾首和盾尾中心坐标的自动计算。结合深圳地铁某区间隧道,验证了该模型的工程应用与优势。
In the subway tunnel construction, the increasingly widespread construction of shield, shield machine attitude is the precise positioning of the necessary conditions to ensure that the subway through. Based on the analysis and comparison of the main methods and methods of determining the pose of shield machine, combining with the principle of three-point method and modeling theory, the idea of constructing point surface model is put forward. An improved three-point attitude determination method is proposed. The mathematic model of this method is presented and the automatic calculation of shield center and shield tail center coordinates is realized by C # assembly language. Combined with an interval tunnel in Shenzhen Metro, the engineering application and advantages of the model are verified.
