半胱天冬酶(caspase)家族是细胞凋亡事件中的核心因子,其异常表达或活性失衡与许多急慢性病理状态关系非常密切。一些天然及合成的caspase活性调节剂能通过影响该家族成员的活性或表达而发挥抑制或诱导凋亡作用,达到改善疾病状态的目的。本文将简要介绍国内外在此领域取得的一些研究进展和展望,提示以caspase家族为靶点设计干涉细胞凋亡进程的药物是有发展前景的。
The caspase family is a core factor in the apoptotic event. Abnormal expression or activity imbalance is closely related to many acute and chronic pathological states. A number of natural and synthetic modulators of caspase activity can exert their inhibitory or apoptosis-inducing effects on the activity or expression of this family member to improve the disease state. This article will briefly introduce some advances and prospects in this field at home and abroad, suggesting that the design of caspase family as a target for interfering with the apoptotic process of the drug is promising.
