飞机结构耐久性设计是国外80年代前后发展起来的一项综合性技术,以充分满足用户对新一代先进飞机(包括航天飞机)长寿命、高可靠性、低维护成本的要求。“七五”期间在航空部科技局领导下,“飞机结构抗疲劳断裂系统工程”(简称AFFD)内成立了“飞机结构耐久性设计技术研究” (简称ASD)的重点课题组,全面负责该项新技术的移植和研究。目前,已经用国产材料,典型生产工艺和我国现役飞机载荷谱完成了第一批耐久性试验,取得了重大研究成果。为尽快将该项新技术推广、应用到我国飞机设计和生产中去,满足即将颁布的新军标“飞机结构完整性大纲”对耐久性的要求,航空部科技局决定由“AFFD”系
Durability design of the aircraft structure is a comprehensive technology developed around the 1980s around the world to fully meet the users’ requirements for long life, high reliability and low maintenance cost of a new generation of advanced aircraft (including space shuttle). Under the leadership of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Space during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, a key task force on “Research on the Durability Design of Aircraft Structures” (ASD) was set up in the Aircraft Structure Anti-Fatigue Fracture Engineering (AFFD) Transplantation and research of new technologies. At present, the first batch of durability tests have been completed with domestic materials, typical production processes and load spectrum of active aircraft in our country and great achievements have been made.
