随着我国机械技术的不断发展,为了达到任意变动比传动的要求,使液压马达与以往的相比,在结构上更为简单,重量与尺寸大小上更为轻巧,以及速度与工作效率上更为宽广和优质等。因此,研究了一种新的低速大扭矩液压马达,也就是非圆行星齿轮液压马达。通过介绍非圆行星齿轮液压马达的发展,对非圆行星齿轮液压马达的工作原理及结构,以及参数设计及优势进行分析,并阐述了非圆行星齿轮液压马达在煤矿机械中的应用展望。
