在以烷烃与硫为原料非催化制二硫化碳中,有绝热反应和等温反应两种。为了延长反应器的使用寿命,一般都采用绝热反应,绝热反应是在绝热反应器内进行。要使绝热反应器的寿命延长,又要使反应获得高转化率,这都是以烷烃与硫制二硫化碳研究的重要问题。非催化反应,反应器内无催化剂,对原料烷烃含量要求没有催化法那样严格。但是,以烷烃与硫为原料要获得高转化率,在非催化绝热反应器内,必须要有适宜的空速和反应所需的温度和压力,并做到有效的延长绝热反应器的使用寿命,本文着重讨论烷烃与硫非催化制二硫化碳绝热反应器的有关条件。
