目的 :观察舰艇舱室环境噪声、照明、温度、湿度 4种物理因素联合作用对暂时性听阈偏移的影响。方法 :受试者分别在① 75dBA、2 0 0lx、2 5℃、6 5 %RH ;② 75dBA、6lx、35℃、85 %RH ;③ 85dBA、80lx、35℃、85 %RH ;④ 85dBA、80lx、30℃、75 %RH ;⑤ 90dBA、180lx、2 7℃、6 0 %RH ;⑥ 96dBA、2 0 0lx、2 5℃、6 5 %RH ;⑦ 95dBA、6lx、30℃、75 %RH 7种条件下暴露 1d ,共 8h。测试暴露后 2~ 5min的暂时性听阈偏移 (TTS)。结果 :在 7种暴露条件下 ,4种因素对听觉的复合作用不明显 ,听阈偏移的程度主要取决于噪声的强度。当声级为 75dBA和 85dBA时 ,各频率的TTS均小于 5dB ;当声级升高至 90dBA和 95dBA时 ,影响最大频率 (40 0 0Hz)的TTS分别为 12 .1dB和 31.3dB。
Objective: To observe the influence of four kinds of physical factors such as environmental noise, illumination, temperature and humidity of naval vessel on the temporary hearing threshold shift. Methods: The subjects were in 75dBA, 210lx, 25 ℃, 65% RH, 75dBA, 6lx, 35 ℃, 85% RH respectively; 85dBA, 80lx, 35 ℃, 85% 90dBA, 180lx, 27 ℃, 6 0% RH; ⑥ 96dBA, 200lox, 25 ℃, 65% RH; ⑦ 95dBA, 6lx, 30 ℃, 75% RH 7 kinds of conditions exposed 1d, a total of 8h. The transient hearing threshold shift (TTS) was tested 2 to 5 minutes after the exposure. Results: Under the seven exposure conditions, the four kinds of factors had no obvious effect on auditory complexation. The degree of hearing threshold shift mainly depended on the intensity of noise. When the sound level is 75 dBA and 85 dBA, the TTS of each frequency is less than 5 dB. When the sound level is raised to 90 dBA and 95 dBA, the TTS that affects the maximum frequency (40 0 0 Hz) is 12.1 dB and 31.3 dB, respectively.
