中国互联网金融的飞速发展,离不开第三方支付机构的壮大,伴随而来的第三方互联网支付问题应运而生,近年来,侵害消费者权益的案件时有发生,呈越演越烈之势,如何规范第三方机构的互联网支付行为,是当前金融消费权益保护部门急需解决的问题。本文从第三方互联网支付发展现状出发,分析第三方互联网支付中的消费者权益问题,并据此提出相关建议。
The rapid development of China’s Internet finance can not be separated from the growth of third-party payment agencies, and the accompanying third-party Internet payment problems have emerged. In recent years, cases of infringement of consumer rights have occurred from time to time, and they have become increasingly fierce. How to regulate the Internet payment behavior of third-party institutions is an issue that is urgently needed to be solved by the current financial consumer rights protection department. This article starts with the status quo of third-party Internet payment development, analyzes the issue of consumer rights in third-party Internet payment, and makes relevant recommendations accordingly.
