一、双频手机产生的背景 早在1982年,欧洲邮电管理会议为开发一种全欧移动通信系统,成立了全球移动通信系统GSM(GlobalSysten For Mobile Communication)的工作小组。经过十余年的努力,该系统已日趋成熟,并于1992年投入商用。在当时投入商用的数字移动通信系统中,欧洲的GSM、美国的D-AMPS(Digital-Amps)和日本的PDC(Personal Digital Cellular)虽然都采用时分多址(TDMA)技术,但以GSM的发展最引人注目,技术也最成熟。
