分析当前高职就业教育的现状,指出高职培养模式的深化改革要求对就业指导教育进行战略规划,建立构建基于校企合作的高职就业教育新模式。紧紧围绕学生的职业生涯规划和能力提升的主线,健全学生职业生涯开发与管理、举办学生职业生涯规划大赛、指导学生参与职业岗位的调研分析、开展职业角色体验活动、顶岗实习就业辅导等一系列理论与实践相结合的过程。围绕职业生涯教育的核心理念,整合校内外资源,坚持理论与实践、阶级性与连续性的有机结合。
The status quo of employment education in higher vocational colleges is analyzed.
