目的:研究印防己毒素对安定抑制刺激下丘脑诱发的升压反应的影响。方法:家兔用氨基甲酸乙酯和氯醛糖混合静脉麻醉,三碘季铵酚制动,人工呼吸,静脉注射安定,侧脑室注射氟安定和印防已毒素观察对刺激下丘脑诱发的升压反应的影响。结果:静脉注射安定和侧脑室注射氟安定均可抑制上述诱发的升压反应,侧脑室应用γ-氨基丁酸受体阻断剂印防已毒素可基本消除静脉注射安定对这种诱发升压反应的抑制作用。结论:安定对刺激下丘脑诱发的升压反应的抑制作用与γ-氨基丁酸受体激活有关
