目的:探讨256层3D CT血管成像(3D-CTA)对颅内微小动脉瘤(IMA)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究3D-CTA及3D-DSA诊断的38例(40个)颅内微小动脉瘤,以3D-DSA为标准,比较两种检查对动脉瘤数目、位置、大小、形态、瘤颈、子瘤显示的差异。结果:3D-CTA显示38个微小动脉瘤,漏诊2例2个,2例3D-CTA显示单个动脉瘤,3D-DSA证实为2个动脉瘤。3D-CTA显示2例假阳性。颈内动脉7个,基底动脉环18个,大脑前动脉8个,大脑中动脉7个。CTA与DSA两者均能清楚显示IMA特征性征象情况。结论:256层3D-CTA对颅内微小动脉瘤显示清晰,与3D-DSA检出无明显差异。256层3D-CTA可以作为诊断颅内微小动脉瘤的首选影像学方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of 256-slice 3D CT angiography (3D-CTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms (IMA). Methods: A retrospective study of 38 cases (40 cases) of intracranial aneurysms diagnosed by 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA was performed. 3D-DSA was used as a standard to compare the results of two kinds of tests on the number, location, size, morphology, , The difference between the tumor shows. RESULTS: Three-dimensional aneurysms were found in 3D-CTA, with two missed in two, two in 3D-CTA, and two in 3D-DSA. 3D-CTA showed two false positives. 7 internal carotid arteries, 18 basilar artery rings, 8 anterior cerebral arteries and 7 middle cerebral arteries. Both CTA and DSA clearly show the characteristic signs of IMA. Conclusions: 256-slice 3D-CTA showed clear intracranial aneurysm and no significant difference with 3D-DSA. 256-layer 3D-CTA can be used as a diagnostic imaging of intracranial aneurysms preferred imaging method.
