古人云:重赏之下,必有勇夫。在任何一个组织的管理过程中,激励或激励因素可以说无处不在。班组中就常有这样的说法:“与其责怪员工不努力,不如激励其潜能。”因此,班组长应根据激励原理和员工需要,采取不同激励方式,最大限度地发挥员工的积极性、主动性和创造性用通俗的语言表达,班组激励的目的,就是要使班组成员力有所用,劳有所获,功有所奖,拼有所得,才有所展,专有所值。
