本文复习文献中关于电刺激波形的变化,以及治疗次数对电休克后急性记忆损害的影响。正弦波或脉冲波电刺激与记忆缺失Cerletti 和 Bini 首先是使用标准正弦电流引起抽搐发作,后来 Liberson 和另外一些人提倡用低电量脉冲波代替正弦波来引起发作。认为由于降低了刺激电量,可以减少电休克治疗引起的记忆损害。
This article reviews the literature on changes in electrical stimulation waveform, as well as the number of treatments on acute memory impairment after electrical shock. Sine wave or pulsed wave stimulation and memory loss Cerletti and Bini first caused convulsions using a standard sinusoidal current, and later Liberson and others advocated the use of low-power pulsed waves instead of sine waves to cause seizures. It is believed that memory impairment due to electroshock therapy can be reduced due to the reduced stimulation volume.
