刚性防水屋面是工业与民用建筑工程中常见的一种屋面型式。但刚性防水屋面易受温度变形和结构变位影响而产生裂缝,除了在防水层与基层间设置隔离层予以缓冲外,还应设置分格缝。但由于施工原因,造成分格缝设置达不到预期效果而导致刚性屋面渗漏。 一般工程中,在施工刚性防水层分格缝时,通常采用截面30mm×dmm的矩形木条(d为刚性防水层厚度),根据规范规定d≥40mm。由于木条嵌入深度较大,所以起条较困难,木条易被破坏而不能周转使用,同时分格缝处混凝土常被碰掉而影响美
