前言我国火力发电厂在高温高压下(530℃ 90ata)使用的铬钼钒汽缸多半在运行2~3年之后发生裂纹,这些裂纹几乎全是在汽轮机定期检修工作中才被发现的。而汽缸是汽轮机的最重要的组成部分之一,它的使用可靠性影响汽轮机的安全运行,因此裂纹比较严重的汽缸,使得汽轮发电机组不得不减低负荷运行。由于汽缸等铸钢件在运行过程中发生裂纹事故的增多,并且比较普遍,因此对产生裂纹的汽缸怎样焊补修复,也是我们汽轮机制造厂应该探讨
Preface The chrome molybdenum-vanadium cylinders used in China’s thermal power plants under high temperature and high pressure (530 ℃ 90ata) are mostly cracked after 2 to 3 years of operation. These cracks were found almost exclusively during regular maintenance of steam turbines. Cylinder, on the other hand, is one of the most important components of steam turbines. Its reliability of use affects the safe operation of steam turbines. Therefore, the cylinder with more severe cracks causes the turbine generator to reduce load operation. As the cylinder and other castings in the operation of the crack occurred in an increase in accidents, and more common, so how to crack the cylinder repair welding, but also our turbine manufacturers should explore
