用LDH释放法检测了50例正常人、35例肝癌及31例慢性活动性肝炎(慢活肝)患者外周血NK细胞活性,其均值±标准差分别为35.8%±5.6%、15.8%±4.9%及18.7%±6.2%,前者与后二者之间皆有非常显著差异(p<0.01),表明肝癌及慢活肝患者体内免疫功能较正常人低。本文亦对LDR释放法加以改进,提出效应细胞浓度为2.0×106/ml,孵育时间16h及酶促终止时间为5min等条件,具有更稳定、简便、适合大批测定之优点。
LDH release assay was used to detect NK cell activity in peripheral blood of 50 normal subjects, 35 liver cancer patients, and 31 patients with chronic active hepatitis (hyperactive liver). The mean ± standard deviation was 35.8% ± 5.6%, respectively. 15.8%±4.9% and 18.7%±6.2%. There was a significant difference between the former and the latter (p<0.01), indicating the immune function in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and chronic living liver. Lower than normal people. This article also improved the LDR release method, proposed effector cell concentration of 2.0×106/ml, incubation time of 16h, and enzymatic termination time of 5 min, which is more stable, convenient, and suitable for large-scale assays.
