在旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青混凝土层的技术,关键是如何防止反射裂缝。温度荷载与车辆荷载作用所引起的剪切破坏,是沥青混凝土加铺层(AC层)结构产生反射裂缝的主要原因之一。采用三维有限元法对旧水泥混凝土路面上AC层进行了数值模拟分析,重点考察了在车辆荷载作用下接缝处AC层的剪应力与弯沉差,并且分析了加铺层厚度、旧水泥混凝土板的厚度、地基弹性模量等参数对最大剪应力及最大弯沉差的影响。结果表明,合理确定加铺层的厚度,对于预防和控制反射裂缝产生和发展具有重要的作用。
On the old cement concrete pavement asphalt pavement technology, the key is how to prevent reflection cracks. Shear failure caused by temperature load and vehicle load is one of the main reasons for reflective cracking in the structure of overburden (AC). The three-dimensional finite element method was used to simulate the AC layer on the old cement concrete pavement. The shear stress and deflection of the AC layer at the joint under vehicle load were investigated emphatically. The thickness of the overlay, The thickness of concrete slab, the elastic modulus of foundation and other parameters on the maximum shear stress and the maximum deflection difference. The results show that the rational determination of overlay thickness plays an important role in preventing and controlling the generation and development of reflection cracks.
