2003年10月,《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》面世,明确指出大学英语教学的指导思想。大学英语教学面临着巨大的挑战。随着人类社会已进入信息化时代,以及现代化教育多媒体技术的发展、应用和推广,为我国的教育事业注入了新的生机。多媒体辅助大学英语教学是一种高效率的教学手段,它改变了以往的“黑板加粉笔”的教学模式。多媒体辅助教学在继承传统教学模式基础上充分发挥了自身的优势,它充分调动了学生视、听、说等多种感官,使学生获取了动态的信息。学生由被动学习者变为主动学习参与者,从而提高了教学效率。任务型语言教学是20世纪80年代在世界上兴起的一种强调“做中学”的语言教学模式,它是主张“以学生为中心”的新型教育理念。多媒体技术正是以其鲜明的图画、逼真的色彩、生动的形象及声音效果有效地激发了学生学习的主观能动性,从而优化了任务型语言教学在大学英语教学中的应用。
October 2003, “College English Course Teaching Requirements (Trial)” available, clearly pointed out that the guiding ideology of college English teaching. College English teaching faces enormous challenges. With the human society has entered the information age, as well as the development, application and promotion of modern educational multimedia technology, has injected new vitality into our education. Multimedia assisted college English teaching is an efficient teaching method, which has changed the previous “blackboard plus chalk” teaching mode. Based on the inheritance of traditional teaching modes, multimedia assisted teaching has given full play to its own advantages. It fully mobilizes the students’ various senses of sight, listening and speaking so that students can obtain dynamic information. Students from passive learners to active learning participants, thereby enhancing the efficiency of teaching. Task-based language teaching is a kind of language teaching mode that emphasizes “learning by doing ” in the 1980s in the world. It is a new educational philosophy advocating “student-centered ”. It is precisely with its distinctive pictures, vivid colors, vivid images and sound effects that multimedia technology effectively stimulates the subjective initiative of students’ learning and optimizes the application of task-based language teaching in college English teaching.
