对西安市1259名6～18岁女学生乳晕发育进行了调查。测量了乳晕横径和垂直径,建议采用“乳晕单位”(aroolar unit)表示发育程度。结果提示:乳晕单位快速增长期在8～14岁。增长峰值年龄为11.97岁。8岁前、14岁后增长缓慢。乳晕发育和乳房发育密切相关,各级乳房发育时乳晕单位均达到一定水平。乳晕单位达“临界值”(7.00cm~2)时,83％女子初潮发生。乳晕单位同身高、体重、胸围有非常显著的正相关(P<0.001),和胸围的相关最为密切(r=0.728)。
An investigation of areola development in 1259 female students aged 6 ~ 18 years in Xi’an City was conducted. Measurements of the diameter and vertical diameter of the areola, we recommend the use of “aroolar unit” (aroolar unit) that level of development. The results suggest that: areola unit rapid growth period of 8 to 14 years old. The peak age of growth was 11.97 years. Before the age of 8, growth slowed after the age of 14. Areola development and breast development are closely related to all levels of breast development areola unit reached a certain level. When the areola unit reached the “cut-off value” (7.00 cm ~ 2), 83% of the women had menarche. The areola unit had a very significant positive correlation with height, weight, and chest circumference (P <0.001), and was most closely related to the bust (r = 0.728).
