以条件刺激使蛙的坐骨神经干产生局部兴奋,在条件刺激后的不同时刻施以阈下强度的实验刺激。当两刺激间的时间间隔小到一定程度时,即可由时间性总和作用而产生双相动作电位。如果刺激强度不变,其时间间隔愈小则“总和”后产生双相动作电位的幅度愈大。保持条件刺激强度不变,改变实验刺激强度,使“总和”后恰好达到阈强度,两刺激间时间间隔愈长,则“总和”后达阈强度所需的实验刺激强度就愈大。这反应了局部兴奋的依时性衰减。

This reflects the timely attenuation of local excitement.
