目的:通过比较和分析中药药对黄芩柴胡的合煎、分煎以及配方免煎颗粒剂的HPLC紫外图谱信息,探求不同调配方法对药物组分的溶出度及组分改变的影响。方法:逆相色谱柱:RPC18(Cadenza CD-C18# ZB0703C4.6mm×150mm,4μm)。流动相:A=0.1%TFAH2O,B=0.1%TFAH2O/CAN=1/9。梯度:A/B=100/0~90/10in5minA/B=90/10~60/40innext55min。流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:215nm;进样量20μL。结果:各组合煎时,药对中特定组分的溶出度增加,部分主要组分高于分煎组2倍以上。免煎颗粒的溶出度与分煎接近。各组合煎与分煎或颗粒剂之间相比,出现了少量低丰度峰的增减改变。结论:合煎能使药物的成分溶出度增加,但组分改变不显著。免煎颗粒有推广的可能性,但在量的等效性方面。还有必要加以进一步考察。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the information of HPLC-UV profiles of traditional Chinese medicines on Radix Astragali, Radix Astragali, Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali, and to explore the effect of different blending methods on the dissolution and composition of the medicinal components. Method: Reverse phase column: RPC18 (Cadenza CD-C18 # ZB0703C 4.6 mm x 150 mm, 4 [mu]m). Mobile phase: A=0.1%TFAH2O, B=0.1%TFAH2O/CAN=1/9. Gradient: A/B=100/0 to 90/10 in5 min A/B=90/10 to 60/40 inn55 min. Flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength: 215 nm; injection volume 20 μL. RESULTS: When each combination was fried, the dissolution of specific components of the drug pairs increased, and some of the major components were more than 2 times higher than that of the fried group. The dissolution of the non-fried granules is similar to that of frying. A small amount of low-abundance peaks appeared to increase or decrease compared with the combination of frying and frying or granules. Conclusion: The combined decoction can increase the dissolution of the drug components, but the composition does not change significantly. Fry-free granules have the potential for promotion, but in terms of quantity equivalence. It is also necessary to further investigate.
