针对所设计的离合器齿毂结构的CAD模型,首先利用划分网格专用软件对这个离合器齿毂结构的几何模型进行几何修理,划分网格,建立适用于有限元分析的模型。然后运用有限元软件INDEED根据实际结构的工作情况模拟工作环境,最后将齿毂结构强度的计算结果与ABAQUS软件的计算结果进行比较,两种软件计算结果是一致的。该方法具有简便性和有效性。
According to the CAD model of the designed clutch hub structure, the geometrical model of the clutch hub structure is geometrically repaired by using the special software of the dividing grid, the grid is divided, and the model suitable for the finite element analysis is established. Then the finite element software INDEED is used to simulate the working environment according to the actual working condition of the structure. Finally, the calculated results of the tooth hub structure strength are compared with those of the ABAQUS software. The calculated results of the two kinds of software are consistent. The method is simple and effective.
