骨髓移植(BMT)和胎肝移植(FLT)是近年来治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病取得缓解的新方法。我院于1983年对2例急性淋巴细胞白血病应用胎肝移植治疗,取得非持久性植活成功。经随访患者已分别生存达一年及半年以上。患者在造血干细胞移植中,应用大剂量化疗及~(60)钴照射后,一段时间处于“无骨髓”状态。特别是大剂量照射后,患者食欲锐减至不能进食,白细胞骤降至极低水平,机体免疫力也极度下降,有发生严重感染及出血倾向。为增强机体免疫功能,减轻或避免发生感染及并发症,合理的营养是移植后支持治疗的重要措施之一。本组2例所供给营养的情况见附表。根据下表说明2例患者所供给的营养是合理的。虽经大剂量化疗及照射,但恢复较快,体重并未减轻。例1体重由41kg增至42kg,至恢复期增加
Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and fetal liver transplantation (FLT) are new ways to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia in recent years. In our hospital in 1983, 2 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia were treated with fetal liver transplantation, and the successful non-persistent implantation was achieved. To enhance the body’s immune function, reduce or avoid infection and complications, reasonable nutrition is one of the important measures of post-transplant supportive treatment. The group 2 cases of nutrition provided by the schedule. According to the table below, the nutrition provided by 2 patients is reasonable.
