1.选合适位置放打印机应把打印机安放在稳固而不受强烈震动的桌面上,而且要远离发热物,避免太阳光直射,室内以温度10～30℃、相对湿度30%～75%为宜,从而减少墨水的挥发。非必要时,不要随意打开打印机的前盖,否则当再把前盖合上时,打印机便会自动清洗打印头,白白耗用墨水。每次打印作业完成之后,应及时关掉打印机的电源,否则每次开启电脑主机时,打印机会自动清洗打印头一次,浪费墨水。
