通过分别使用对Y.pestis及Y.pseudotuberculosis`的抗生物质在正常小白鼠中产生了长时间与短时间的鼠疫免疫。对动物采用二种免疫原。被动血清移动试验同测定巨噬细胞杀菌活性及迟发超敏反应一起证明,短时期的免疫是体液性的,而长时期的免疫是细胞介导免疫。二种免疫原的鼠疫毒力标志是:鼠疫菌(Y.pestis)VW+F_1-P1-P-;假结核菌(Y.pseudotuberculosis)VW+F_1-P1-P-;攻毒菌株是鼠疫菌(Y.pestis)VW+F_1+P1+P+。
Long-term and short-term plague immunization was generated in normal mice by using anti-biotics against Y. pestis and Y. pseudotuberculosis` respectively. Two immunogens are used on animals. Passive serum shift assays, along with the measurement of macrophage bactericidal activity and delayed hypersensitivity, demonstrate that short-term immunization is humoral whereas long-term immunization is cell-mediated immunity. The plague virulence markers of the two immunogens were: Y. pestis VW + F_1-P1-P-; Y. pseudotuberculosis VW + F_1-P1-P-; (Y. pestis) VW + F_1 + P1 + P +.
