爐渣氧化铁含量对脱硫的作用

根据由炉渣完全离子化理論导出的硫分配比公式: (%S)/[%S]=(2.56fs)/(γ_s--)·(∑n_+∑n_-)/(nFeO),在充分引用活度系数的条件下,研究炉渣氧化鉄含量对脫硫的作用。文內采用三种碱度的炉渣进行了計算,結果証明文献內前人对FeO作用四种分歧的評价不是相互矛盾的,而相反地是有內在联系的;它們說明FeO在不同条件下显示不同的作用,而这些不同的作用都可用上列硫分配比公式統一地表示出来。最后,对該公式能否适用于碱性化铁炉及側吹碱性轉炉炉渣,以及对該公式存在的某些缺点和問題进行了討論。 According to the formula of sulfur distribution derived from the theory of complete ionization of slag: (% S) / [% S] = (2.56fs) / (γ_s-) · (Σn_ + Σn_-) / (nFeO) Under the condition of reference activity coefficient, the effect of slag content on desulfurization was studied. Finally, the formula can be applied to alkaline iron furnace and side-blown alkaline converter slag, and the formula some of the shortcomings and problems are discussed.
