引言常用的遥测流体压力的电气机械式压力传感器,由机械敏感元件和电气变换器两大部分组成。机械敏感元件(例如波纹管或膜片)用于将压力转变为静态位移:电气变换器(例如应变片或差动变压器)用于将位移转变为电压或电流。这些常用的压力传感器有下列两大缺点: (1)机械敏感元件总是在承受着来自前后两个方向的压力,所以,在经历一个较长的时间之后,元件不可避免地发生蠕变。 (2)当必须要求压力传感器体积很小时,传感器内部的机械元件的位移必然是很小的。这就要求放大器有很大的增益。
Introduction Common telemetry fluid pressure electromechanical pressure sensor, consists of two parts of the mechanical sensitive components and electrical converters. Mechanical sensitive elements such as bellows or diaphragm are used to convert pressure to static displacement: Electrical transducers, such as strain gauges or differential transformers, are used to convert displacement to voltage or current. These commonly used pressure sensors have the following two drawbacks: (1) Mechanical sensitive components are always under pressure from both front and back directions so that the components inevitably experience creep after a long period of time. (2) When it is required that the pressure sensor be small in volume, the displacement of mechanical components inside the sensor must be very small. This requires a large amplifier gain.
