本文运用内因和外因的辩证关系原理,分析教学反思策略在地方高校英语教师专业发展中所发挥的作用。通过探讨具体的主动反思策略和被动反思策略以及二者之间的相互作用关系,指出地方高校英语教师在被动反思的环境条件中所采取的主动反思行为对自身专业发展有着重要价值和意义。
This paper uses the dialectical relationship between internal and external causes to analyze the role of teaching reflective strategies in the professional development of local English teachers. By discussing the concrete active reflective strategies and passive reflective strategies as well as the interaction between them, it is pointed out that the active reflective behaviors adopted by local college English teachers in their passive and reflective environmental conditions are of great value and significance to their professional development.
