叙述于我国工业锅炉与中、小型热电站锅炉的概况,锅炉热效率低,且需燃用优质煤,使大量造气炉渣与无烟煤末、矸石等劣质燃料不能合理利用,既浪费能源又污染了环境。然后提出了水冷旋涡内分离循环流化床锅炉技术,则特别适宜用于化肥厂造气炉的无烟煤末综合利用与中、小型热电站锅炉。并介绍了水冷旋涡内分离循环锅炉的结构、特点与运行经验。迄今制造了此型内循环床锅炉(容量2~75t/h)350余台,均已成功投运,节煤与环保效益显著。
Described in China’s industrial boilers and small and medium sized thermal power station boiler overview, low thermal efficiency boilers, and the need to burn high-quality coal, so that a large number of gas-making slag and anthracite coal, poor quality fuel can not be rational use of both waste of energy and pollute the environment . Then put forward the water-cooled vortex separation of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology, it is particularly suitable for fertilizer plant gas stove integrated utilization of anthracite and medium and small thermal power plant boilers. The structure, characteristics and operation experience of internal circulation boiler with water-cooled vortex were introduced. So far, more than 350 sets of this type of circulating-bed boilers (capacity 2 ~ 75t / h) have been manufactured and put into operation successfully. The benefits of coal saving and environmental protection are remarkable.
