目的 :分析进展性护理案例在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 :便利抽取两个护理班的99名学生为研究对象,采取抽签法将两个班分为实验组和对照组。实验组49名,采取进展性的护理案例授课,对照组50名采取传统的案例教学法授课。课程结束后,对两组学生的网络评教、护理案例的考核及评判性思维能力比较。结果 :实验组学生对教师的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组学生知识应用能力和评判性思维能力的得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。进展性护理案例教学能够提高教学质量,提高学生知识综合运用和评判性思维能力。结论 :学生通过学习和讨论进展性案例的多幕动态发展情景剧,能为将来适应复杂多变的临床护理工作环境奠定良好的基础。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of progressive nursing in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: 99 students from two nursing classes were conveniently selected as study objects. Two groups were divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots. Experimental group of 49, taking a progressive nursing case teaching, control group of 50 to take the traditional case teaching method. After the course was over, the two groups of students were evaluated by the network, nursing case assessment and critical thinking ability comparison. Results: The scores of teachers in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The scores of applying ability and critical thinking ability in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.01). Progressive nursing case teaching can improve teaching quality, improve students’ comprehensive utilization of knowledge and critical thinking ability. Conclusions: Students can play a good foundation for adapting to the complex and changeable clinical nursing work environment by learning and discussing multi-screen dynamic developments of progressive cases.
