根据形态特征,将采集的厦门海域浒苔进行分类,并分析其营养成分。结果表明:厦门海域浒苔(Enteromorpha)的优势种类为缘管浒苔(Enteromorpha linza)、肠浒苔(Enteromorpha intestinakis)和条浒苔(Enteromorpha clathrata)。缘管浒苔、肠浒苔和条浒苔水分含量分别为(9.55±0.05)%、(8.33±0.08)%、(9.17±0.10)%;粗蛋白含量分别为(23.15±0.91)%、(30.45±0.28)%和(26.13±0.91)%;粗脂肪含量分别为(0.26±0.06)%、(0.38±0.02)%和(0.31±0.01)%;灰分含量分别为(17.10±0.94)%、(14.24±0.15)%和(13.51±0.31)%。3种浒苔样品的17种氨基酸总量分别为20.99%、20.23%和19.4%;必需氨基酸/总氨基酸含量(EAA/TAA)分别为35.26%、35.89%和36.30%;必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸(EAA/NEAA)分别为54.46%、55.98%和56.99%。就风味氨基酸而言,均是鲜味氨基酸天冬氨酸(Asp)和谷氨酸(Glu)含量最高,其次是甜味氨基酸丙氨酸(Ala)和甘氨酸(Gly)。重金属元素测定结果表明,铜元素含量均低于18 mg/kg,其他有毒有害元素均未超过GB13078—2001《饲料卫生标准》。研究表明,厦门海域浒苔是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、营养丰富的绿色藻类,能够成为优质饲料原料。
According to morphological characteristics, the collected Xiamen sea Enteromorpha were classified and analyzed their nutritional content. The results showed that the dominant species of Enteromorpha in Xiamen sea area were Enteromorpha linza, Enteromorpha intestinakis and Enteromorpha clathrata. (9.55 ± 0.05)%, (8.33 ± 0.08)% and (9.17 ± 0.10)%, respectively. The crude protein contents of the two groups were (23.15 ± 0.91)% and 30.45 ± 0.28% and 26.13 ± 0.91%, respectively. The crude fat contents were (0.26 ± 0.06)%, (0.38 ± 0.02)% and (0.31 ± 0.01)%, (14.24 ± 0.15)% and (13.51 ± 0.31)%, respectively. The total amino acid contents of the 17 kinds of amino acids in the three Enteromorpha species were 20.99%, 20.23% and 19.4%, respectively; the essential amino acids / total amino acids (EAA / TAA) were 35.26%, 35.89% and 36.30% (EAA / NEAA) were 54.46%, 55.98% and 56.99% respectively. As for the flavor amino acids, the amino acids Asp and Glu were the highest, followed by the sweet amino acids Ala and Gly. The results of determination of heavy metal elements showed that the content of copper was less than 18 mg / kg, and none of the other toxic and harmful elements exceeded the standard of feed hygiene of GB13078-2001. Studies have shown that the Xiamen sea Enteromorpha is a high protein, low fat, nutrient-rich green algae, can become a high quality feed ingredients.
