利用11对SSR引物分析了来自中国、加拿大、美国、俄罗斯和意大利的共166份栽培大豆种质资源,共检测到33个等位变异,平均每对引物检测到的等位变异数为3.09,遗传多样性指数为0.946。中国栽培大豆种质具有较丰富的遗传多样性,聚类分析结果表明中国和俄罗斯大豆相似系数较大,初步认定中俄大豆的亲缘关系较近。加拿大和意大利的材料相似系数较高,推测两国间某些材料有相似的遗传背景。中国与美国大豆品种间遗传差异较大,可以进行种质资源的交换利用。
A total of 166 cultivated soybean germplasms from China, Canada, the United States, Russia and Italy were analyzed using 11 pairs of SSR primers. A total of 33 alleles were detected. The average number of alleles detected per primer pair was 3.09, The genetic diversity index was 0.946. The cultivated soybean germplasm in China is rich in genetic diversity. The cluster analysis shows that the similarity coefficient between China and Russia is relatively high, and the genetic relationship between the Chinese and Russian soybean is relatively close. Canada and Italy have higher material similarity coefficients, suggesting that some materials in both countries have similar genetic backgrounds. The genetic differences between China and the United States soybean varieties, the exchange of germplasm resources can be used.
